About

Built by people who wanted a calmer planner

Kavro is a small, independently-funded weekly planner. No VC, no growth team, no roadmap full of features we don't personally use. Here's who's behind it and what we're trying to do.

What we're building

A planner shaped like the week. Seven days, one screen, drag tasks between days, let the unfinished ones roll forward. That's the whole pitch - and we're holding it tightly.

Kavro started because every productivity app we tried either wanted us to set up projects we didn't have, scolded us with broken streaks, or buried the week under filters. None of them showed us the next seven days the way we'd sketch them on the first page of a notebook.

How it's funded

Subscriptions. £15/year on the annual Pro plan covers what it costs to run the service plus a margin we can sustain. We're not chasing a growth curve we'll need to justify to investors later.

That means we don't need to add features to satisfy a board, sell ads, or sell your data. The product's job is to be worth £15 a year - not to capture you.

What we say no to

  • Projects, sub-tasks, dependencies, labels, custom views.
  • Streak counters, gamification, productivity scores.
  • A built-in Pomodoro / habit tracker / matrix / whiteboard.
  • Sharing, assigning, collaborating - Kavro is single-user.
  • Selling your task data to anyone, including model providers we use for the AI assistant.

Where to find us

Email hello@kavro.app - we read every message. The same address goes for bug reports, feature requests, and the occasional question about why we won't add projects.

The fastest way to know if Kavro fits is to use it for a week.
