Built for the way you actually plan
Three principles, applied without compromise.
Seven days, one screen
No projects. No labels. No filters. Just the week ahead, with each day in its own column. The shape of your week becomes obvious the moment the page loads.
Drag, drop, done
Plans shift. Drag a task to tomorrow, next week, or the backlog. Tick the circle when it's finished, or swipe right on mobile. The whole interface is muscle memory within a session.
Roll-over you can see
Anything you don't finish stays visible - with a small ↻ marker after a day, and a ⚠ if it's been hanging around for a week. The planner is honest about what's slipping.

Common questions
Is the weekly planner free?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 5 active tasks, the current week, and a single backlog list with 3 items - enough to plan a real week. Pro removes those limits and adds AI assistance, recurring tasks, calendar integration, and more.
Does it sync across devices?
Yes if you sign up - your tasks live in our database and follow you across browsers and devices. Anonymous use stores tasks in your browser's localStorage, so they stay on the device you created them on.
Can I set recurring tasks?
Pro lets you set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly, with an optional end date. The recurring instance shows up in each future day automatically.
What happens to tasks I don't finish?
Nothing dramatic. They stay on the day you put them on, marked as rolled-over. Drag them to the right day when you're ready, or leave them where they are - Kavro doesn't lecture you.
