Feature

An AI task manager that drafts your week

Tell Kavro what's on your plate. The built-in AI assistant turns it into a structured plan across the next seven days. You stay in control: nothing happens until you accept it.

The AI assistant is a Pro feature. Free for 14 days when you sign up.

A planning assistant, not an agent

Three rules the assistant follows.

Plain English in

"Plan a quiet week - gym Monday and Wednesday, dinner with Sam Thursday, finish the deck by Friday." The assistant turns that into tasks across the right days.

Suggests, never assumes

Every change the AI proposes is a draft. Accept the ones that fit, reject the ones that don't, edit the ones that are nearly right. Nothing lands in your week without your green light.

Your data stays yours

The assistant works on the tasks in your account. We don't sell prompts to model providers, and we don't keep a separate AI memory of your week - what you see in the planner is what the assistant sees.

What you might ask it

Real prompts from real Kavro Pro users, lightly anonymised.

Plan a fresh week

"Set up next week - yoga Tuesday and Thursday, three blocks of focused writing, lunch with Priya Wednesday."

Triage a backlog

"Look at my someday list and pick three things I should actually try to ship this week."

Recover from a chaotic week

"Move everything I didn't finish to next week, but break the deck task into three smaller ones."

Common questions

Which AI model does Kavro use?

Kavro uses Anthropic's Claude under the hood. We may change provider or model in future to keep the assistant fast and accurate, but the contract - suggest, don't act - stays the same.

Does my task data go to the AI?

When you open the assistant, the tasks relevant to your prompt are sent to the model so it can reason about them. They aren't used to train the model, and they aren't shared with anyone else.

Can I undo what the AI did?

The AI doesn't "do" anything by itself - every change is a proposal you accept. If you accept something and change your mind, it's just a normal task: drag it elsewhere, edit it, or delete it.

Is the AI assistant included in Free?

No - the AI assistant is a Pro feature. Free users still see the planner with all the manual editing, dragging, and roll-over behaviour intact.
